Our seasonal lineup

Spring

Spinach, lettuce and spring greens (arugula, mustards, wild harvested greens etc), baby carrots, green onion, radish, bok choy, rhubarb, asparagus, peas, beans, kale, swiss chard, garlic scapes, mint, parsley, cilantro, oregano

 

Dried apples, pears, prune plums, gourmet mushrooms, culinary herbs and loose herbal teas, along with dehydrated garlic (granulated, sliced and powder).

We sell seedling starts on the farm and at farmers markets.  From tomatoes and peppers, to herbs like lemongrass and thyme, come discover what we have to offer.

Summer

Beans, beets (red, orange, candy cane and white), broccoli, cabbage, carrots (orange and rainbow), cauliflower, corn, cucumbers (field and long english), garlic, green onion, herbs (basil, dill, mint, oregano, parsley, sage, thyme), kale, kohlrabi, lettuce and various salad mixes, patty pans, peas, peppers (9 varieties), onion (yellow and cippolini onions), potatoes, spinach, swiss chard, tomatoes (19 varieties), zucchinis

We grow raspberries and 3 varieties of plums, and have a limited selection of strawberries, blueberries, haskaps and currants.  Cherries and Elderberries are on their way!

Fall

Beets (red, orange, candy cane and white), broccoli, cabbage, carrots (orange and rainbow), cauliflower, corn, garlic, green onion, herbs (mint, oregano, parsley, sage, thyme), kale, kohlrabi, lettuce and various salad mixes, patty pans, peas, peppers (9 varieties), onion (yellow and cippolini onions), potatoes, pumpkins, spinach, swiss chard, sunchokes, tomatoes (14 varieties), winter squash (acorn, butternut, spaghetti), zucchinis.

Our fall fruit selection includes apples and plums, and we sell up to 9 varieties (depending on mother nature) of gourmet edible mushrooms, which we forage from the farm and vicinity.  These include pine (Matsutake), lobster, porcini, birch and butter bolete, brown field mushrooms, parasol.
